Our original Light blocks are a patented custom colored, designer specified assembly of resins in the exact thickness and translucency required for the project. It may be specified in single or double sided and the variations of shade and pattern or multiple colors on a single sheet are infinite. Custom samples are free and are shipped within days of request. Specify your colors from any standard color system such as Pantone, Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams etc., or send us an example from seaweed to soup stain, our color team can match it!

Download LightCast Materials Monolithic and luminous, our new LightCast acrylic resin sheet is available in 12 standard and infinite custom colors (minimum order requirements for custom colors of LightCast apply). We recommend LightCast for heavy use areas such as restaurant tables, outdoor applications and even floors. The renewable surface and resin coat ensure amazing wear parameters. In performance tests, LightCast outperforms every other resin currently available. LightCast may be cleaned with any commercial cleaning solution including ammonia and alcohol based cleaners without fear of compromising the clarity, color or finish. It cannot be stained by anything and is suitable for use in hospitals as it is inherently antimicrobial. LightCast is available in 1" (after July 2006) and 1-1/4" thicknesses.

CoolBlocks, our Class 'A' fire rated resin may be used in any interior where the highest ASTM e84 test results are required. We provide test results to ensure proper code compliance and the safety of your clients. As no resin except polycarbonate passes this test with a class 'A' rating, and to pass, the sheets may be no thicker than 1/16", we have engineered ridged panels from thin layers that meet this standard. We have made incredibly creative use of our CoolBlocks in collaboration with our design partners for ceilings, walls elevators and custom elements.

This newly engineered material is made from two custom colored sheets of Light blocks that are fused together with our 'crystal clear' adhesive bond. ClearBond is ideal for short runs of thin or thick sheets and may be ordered in any color combination with no minimum order requirements. ClearBond is suitable for any indoor or outdoor use including wet areas such as showers and countertops. We do not recommend ClearBond for commercial table fabrication where a center-mounted base can exert excessive pull on the bond.

Lightblocks Laminate has been created for applications calling for the color possibilities and surface durability of original Light blocks but requiring a different substrate such as MDF or corrugated aluminum. Casework, displays and cabinets are the best application Light blocks Laminate as well as installations that call for oversized sheets to eliminate seams in the surface. Sheets are available up to 6'X12' and even larger for custom runs.

Infospace Mobil 10ML BACKER Good for use where the panel is lit from behind and viewed from one side only. The color may be transparent or opaque. Cambridge University Press CLEAR BACKER Useful where transparency is important and durability is required, where the public has access to the underside of a horizontal panel We usually recess the edge and bevel it back for greater durability. Avoca Vanity OPAQUE BACKER This usually comes in white and is useful where opacity is needed. We usually recess the edge and bevel it back for greater durability.

Skadden Partition Wall Used where both sides are visible to the public and comes in our signature Matte Finish.

Starbucks Handoff Counter Monolithic and luminous; our newest solid acrylic is available in 12 standard colors. Infinite custom colors are available with minimum order requirements. Recommended for heavy use areas such as restaurant tables, outdoors, kitchen and baths. Light-Cast is easily cleaned with any commercial cleaner and is virtually unscratchable. Our resin coated surface repels stains and fingerprints.

210 Lafayette Class A fire rated panels come in all the colors you want and are the only architectural plastic that meets IBC Class A flame spread and smoke development standards according to ASTM E 84 testing procedures. We provide full test results so you are assured of meeting your client's safety standards. These engineered panels are made from polycarbonate and are suitable for ceiling, walls, elevators and custom feature elements.
